In the Weka room, our primary goal is to build strong, trusting relationships with our infants. We believe in fostering not only meaningful connections between our teachers and tamariki but also nurturing close relationships with parents and whānau. Constant communication ensures that we follow each child’s individual routine, mirroring the familiarity of home.

Our aim is to create a calm and respectful environment where peaceful rituals and routines are an integral part of each day. The classroom offers stability, consistency, and predictability, providing infants with the freedom to explore and play at their own pace.

As we lovingly care for your child, we offer a diverse range of exciting learning experiences. From messy sensorial play to heuristic play and dancing to music, our little explorers are encouraged to develop their gross motor skills and build confidence in the natural outdoor environment. It’s a world of discovery and joy waiting for your precious ones!

What infants need is the opportunity and time to take in and figure out the world around them?
